Susan Spradley

Sue Spradley is a senior executive with extensive experience in leadership of teams of all sizes from start up, not for profit and large multinational organizations. She most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Motion Intelligence, a privately held software-as-a-service company, since January 2018 focused on preventing distracted driving.  After a successful sale of the company, Sue is returning as a partner of TAP. 

Prior to Motion Intelligence,  she was principal of Spradley Consulting LLC, a consulting firm that she founded, from February 2017 until January 2020, and a partner in the TAP Growth Group, a senior executive consulting firm, from August 2017 to June 2019. From January 2013 until January 2017, she served in various roles at Viavi Solutions Inc. (formerly JDS Uniphase), most recently as Executive Vice President and General Manager – Network and Service Enablement. Prior to joining Viavi Solutions Inc., Ms. Spradley served as executive director at US-Ignite a non-profit formed by the US White House and the National Science Foundation  from April 2011 to December 2012. Prior to that, she was President of the North America region at Nokia Siemens Networks from 2007 to 2011, responsible for regional profit and loss, sales and service. From 1997 to 2005, she held executive positions at Nortel Networks Corporation. Ms. Spradley serves on the board of directors of Avaya Holdings Corp.,, NetScout Systems, Inc., and Qorvo.   She also sits on the board of Catalyst Campus  a public private partnership in Colorado Springs focused on acceleration of new technologies from start ups for the DOD.  Sue resides in Colorado with her husband Prentice, her dog Rowdie and cat Annie.
